Robert N. Caruso
Robert is a co-founder of B/3 Management Resources, a management consulting and technical services firm, where he serves as a Managing Partner.  His extensive senior management experience spans over 30 years with Fortune 500 multinationals to small and mid-size companies in a number of industries. 

He served as VP of Ingenium Technology, and was V.P. and General Manager of Applied Science & Technology. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of American Shipping Company of Oslo, Norway and is on the Board of Directors of ADA-ES of Littleton, Colorado. He is Chairman of the Board of Advisors for BioServe Space Technologies at CU Boulder.  He also serves on the Boards of Advisors of Design Net Engineering, which provides aerospace engineering services and spacecraft avionics systems to DoD, NASA and commercial enterprises.  

Robert has a B.S. in Engineering Mechanics and B.A. in General Arts and Sciences from Penn State University and an M.B.A. from Wayne State University.

Elizabeth Gasper
Liz has over 20 years of financial and operational experience with public and private software, hardware and hi-tech consumer goods companies, with the last 13 years serving as Chief Financial Officer.  She has been involved with two initial public offerings and raised over $150 million in public and private equity and debt capital.

In addition to managing financial and accounting operations for multi-national organizations such as LeapFrog, RightWorks, Scopus Technology, Sybase and Tandem Computers, Liz has successfully managed Supply Chain, Customer Service, Investor Relations, HR, IT, Legal, Treasury and IP groups and functions and has significant experience with establishing and managing out-sourced manufacturing operations.  

Liz graduated phi beta kappa, magna cum laude with a BA in Economics from UC Irvine and has an MBA in Finance from UCLA.
