How did TruEffect get started?
TruEffect started in 2002 when a group of individuals that worked together at MatchLogic, Inc., a Colorado company that was instrumental in the development of the advertising technology used across the Internet today decided to strike out on their own.
From our inception, we created a flexible ad serving solution that rides on a proven, enterprise-class platform. Today, TruEffect continues to innovate, developing a suite of smart solutions for today’s advertisers.

How do advertisers get started in TruEffect’s program?
Launching a campaign in TruAdvertiser.xls™ with a new client is easy, especially when using Microsoft© Excel. We have taken a customer from contract signing to campaign launch in a couple of hours. Our sales staff will take time to clearly understand the client’s online advertising needs and often introduces the Client Services Coordinator early in the process.
The actual process of using TruAdvertiser.xls™ requires the client’s computer to run Microsoft© Office 2003 Pro or Microsoft© Office 2007. The download of the TruAdvertiser.xls™ solution takes less than five-minutes. From there, the Client Services Coordinator will issue a log-in to the customer and conduct a virtual training and orientation session helping to set-up and traffic the first campaign.
