Client Services Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall support of truadvertiser.xls™ ad serving clients
  • Support sales process and participate in new client transition
  • Provide Voice-of-the-Customer feedback and direction
  • Liaison with technical ad serving group
  • Report monitoring
  • Quality assurance for campaign implementation
  • Provide client-specific data for and support of monthly billing
  • Interface with sites and clients to troubleshoot TruEffect tags
  • Support rich media implementation
  • Handle special projects as assigned

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Fluency in MS Office
  • Technically inclined with an ability to understand and interact with sophisticated applications as an end-user
  • Familiarity with interactive advertising media including HTML, Flash, etc.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong communication skills for interaction with clients, outside agencies, and internal customers

Qualifications Preferred:

  • Familiarity with web/internet business model
  • Possess an understanding of fundamental advertising functions, relationships and measures
  • Ability to work with multiple client contacts in a rapidly-changing environment
  • Conflict management skills, problem-solving skills
